Refund Policy

We at Blucore Enterprises, LLC. want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the 1K With Music course and/or the MusicBrand training course and/or our mini Accelerator programs.

If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly. The email is support (at) musicianmonster.com.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at support (at) musicianmonster.com, show us you actually did the work by submitting your completed worksheets and all resulting material.

If you believe the product you received differed from what you expected it to be at the time of purchase, you must email us screenshot examples of the part or parts of the sales material that you believe caused the confusion, in including the results you expected along with an explanation of why/how they differed from what you received, and we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

We have made every effort to be transparent and forward about what your purchase includes so that you can make an empowered decision about whether it’s right for you before you make the investment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed worksheets before 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.*

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the 1K With Music course and/or the MusicBrand training and/or Accelerator mini-training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.
